Home english | Events | Vienna-tec 2008 Vienna-tec 2008 in Vienna International Industrial Trade Fair From the 7th to the 10th of October at Vienna´s Messezentrum one could visit the Vienna-tec. The fair is aimed at everyone interested in welding, adhering and soldering on an international level: as reported in the media it was a big success. The network of excellence JOIN presented itself on the fair. Being placed amongst a large number of exhibitors, JOIN, as a scientific organisation, received legitimate interest, by the general public and also by insiders on a larger scale. The core competencies of JOIN were made visible through posters, presentations, films and objects. Pupils coming from a theme orientated background were especially inspired.
